The KUISB Oreo Cake you may or may not have asked for.

Here is where I need to put the 12 paragraphs about my childhood memories, my grandma’s kitchen, my life changing summer of 1999 and a detailed weather report form the day I first discovered sugar.

Don’t worry.. I won’t do that.

Tradition is tradition though so let’s do a brief version…

  • Easy cake to make

  • Easy ingredients to find

  • You can make it a day ahead of time because it’s almost better the second day.

  • Everyone will ask you to make this for forever and ever.

Ingredients

  • Any box of chocolate cake mix you like. Literally any.

  • The ingredients on said box of chocolate cake mix. (Usually oil, eggs & water)

  • One box of Oreo pudding mix

  • Milk

  • Jar of hot fudge

  • Jar of caramel (optional)

  • Cool whip

  • Oreos

  • Ziplock

Directions

  • Follow the directions on the back of the box to make your cake.

  • While that is baking, mix up your Oreo pudding mix. Directions are on the package but, you mix 2 cups of cold milk into the pudding mix. Stir for two minutes and place in the refrigerator.

  • Let the cake cool before continuing on.

  • Poke big holes in the cake.

  • Warm up your hot fudge and pour the entire jar over the cake.

  • Next take out the Oreo pudding from the refrigerator and take about 6-10 crushed up Oreos and mix that in. Pour that on top of the hot fudge.

    • Optional - You can also add caramel with the hot fudge. I do this sometimes. Depending on if I have it on hand or remembered to grab it at the store. It is definitely not needed as this cake is pretty sweet.

  • Top with as much cool whip as you like.

  • Crush up as many Oreos as you like and put on top.

  • Keep refrigerated.

  • The cake is good for a few days (if it lasts that long)

There you have it. KUISB Oreo Cake is all done. This is the type of cake that people will ask you to bring! A reel to watch ——> KUISB Oreo Cake
